Patricia Milhoan has been an RN for 40+ years, which includes 25 years as a Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant in surgery, and 14 years as a Nurse Practitioner. She has 9 years as an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner in collaboration with Dr. Kumar B. Amin, Dr. Mark A. Fye, Dr. Thomas B. Hughes, and Dr. Aashish V. Jog. Recently she also collaborates with Dr. Justin A. Zenner and Dr. Joshua M. Boni. She functions as an orthopedic navigator optimizing total joint patients for surgery through assessment/evaluation of lab work, X-rays, EKGs, and medical history. She develops a treatment plan to tailor the unique needs of the patient to improve patient outcomes and patient experience. She assists the orthopedic surgeons in surgery and round for their patients in the hospital.
