Have you ever noticed the question at the DMV that asks, “Would you like to be an organ donor?” For some, the answer is easy. For others, it brings up many questions related to health, religion, family wishes and what really happens if you choose to donate.

Deciding whether to become an organ donor is a personal choice and there’s no right or wrong answer. The most important thing is that you make an informed decision that’s right for you based on accurate information rather than myths or misunderstandings.
