Sara is a board-certified Adult Gerontological Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive care to patients aged 13 and older. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, following her graduation from Kent State University at Tuscarawas in 2018 with an Associate Degree in Nursing. Her clinical background includes experience in step-down care and home health care, where she developed a strong foundation in managing chronic conditions and delivering personalized, evidence based care. As a nurse practitioner, Sara is committed to promoting long-term wellness, disease prevention, and patient education. She believes in building strong provider-patient relationships and takes pride in offering thoughtful, individualized care. When she’s not seeing patients, Sara enjoys caring for her farm animals and spending time outdoors camping with her husband and their dogs. Her love for nature and rural living reflects her grounded approach to healthcare and her dedication to serving her community.
