Hepatitis C

Hepatitis C is a disease that causes infection and inflammation in the liver. The disease is caused by exposure to the hepatitis C virus, or HCV. Those who have been exposed to the virus may start to exhibit symptoms within two weeks, or the appearance of those symptoms can be delayed by several years. Some people may not exhibit hepatitis C symptoms at all.

Symptoms of hepatitis C may include:

  • Fever
