Grocery stores, restaurants and even your dentist often ask you to take a survey about your experience. It’s almost time for a survey you’ll really want to take: the annual coworker survey.

On May 6, coworkers who were hired before Feb. 5, 2019 will receive an email from Press Ganey with a link to the Performance Culture Assessment (PCA) survey and login instructions. Your responses and comments will remain confidential.

The survey is your chance to let your voice be heard and help us make this an even better place to work.

Your feedback in the survey helps improve our programs and processes. Survey results also influence how to better support the Living Our Mission Measures, the nine ways we monitor and manage our overall performance.

The survey will remain open until May 27, but coworkers are encouraged to take the survey as soon as possible.
