Nursing Focus is around Hourly rounding and Bedside Shift Report. We are going to continue applying heavy pressure to these 2 practices. You will see that we will alternate these 2 every month. This will give you 4 straight weeks of communication during daily safety huddles to drive the importance of this action if you are a clinical department. Every employee in this ministry should be able to speak to our 2 main goals in Patient Experience!!!!
If you a Non-Nursing department, you have 4 main practices to focus on. If you need any refreshing on any of these, please contact me. If you would want me to come to a department meeting to discuss any of these topics please let me know. If you are in a Doctor’s office, you will follow the non-nursing focus, except for when they don’t apply to office practice. You will see below when you were provided a separate focus.
