Join us on May 18th at the WV Roughriders Indoor Football game!¬† As part of being the official medical provider for the team, we are invited to bring a group of employees to enjoy one of the home games.¬† The evening includes access to the “party suite” with food and beverages and a cool souvenir when you show up at the game!¬† Employees are invited to enter by completing the form below.

Winners will be drawn by random drawing from all entries on May 13th at Noon.  Winners will be notified by email and will be responsible for picking up their tickets by Friday, May 17th at Noon in the marketing office at Trinity East.  Each winner will receive 2 tickets and there will be 100 winners!

Remember Рyou must enter before Noon on Monday, May 13th to be eligible!  All winners will be notified by email by end of business on May 13th.  Tickets mus be claimed before Noon on Friday, May 17th in the Marketing Office at Trinity East.  If you fail to claim your tickets, they will be forfeited and awarded to someone else.You must be an employee to qualify.
